• Capable of producing shafts, pins, valves, spools, rollers, bushings, and spindles

Vertical CNC Machining Centers

• Can be used in ramp milling, contour milling, thread milling, and casting machining
• Capable of producing housings, manifolds, caps,
  and covers

Single Spindle Automatic Screw Machines                                     

• 3/4" to 2" capacity                                                                                            

Multi-Spindle Automatic Screw Machines                                      

• 1" to 5-1/2" capacity

Induction Hardening                                                                  

• CNC controlled v-scanner / H-scanner with v-pop up heat and quench  - 72"x8" capacity                                                                        
• Draw furnace for tempering after heat treating & straightening
