At R&B Grinding, we believe that Manufacturing Cycle Time is an integral part of a successful manufacturing enterprise. We have developed work cells which reduce Manufacturing Cycle Times, resulting in less inventory, scrap, and cost. We are relentless in finding extra capacity, reducing inventory, and decreasing our Manufacturing Cycle Time; ultimately resulting in a LEAN running facility. These work cells are just one of the many methods in place at R&B which help us achieve this goal.
Our production volume ranges from hundreds of thousands annually, to low volume service parts, even to single prototype parts. Our facility is very flexible and efficient, allowing us to accommodate various types of work.

R&B Grinding is committed to providing its clients with a quality product, designed to specifically fit their needs.
- Full time engineers are dedicated to providing support to our customers' needs. R&B provides direct communication between our engineering staff and the customer to ensure the customer's specifications are met.
- Our engineers are always involved with FMEA and QFD reviews with our customers.
- Our engineers have vast prototype experience.
- We are AutoCad and Pro-Engineer compatible.
- Our process engineers are well versed in GD&T and our print documentation is filed electronically with several checkpoints to ensure that only up to date documentation is being used.
R&B Grinding Logistics
R&B Grinding believes in quick turnaround times of quality products. In order to provide such a service, R&B Grinding utilizes an electronic order fulfillment system and can provide transportation when needed.
